Spendvora is a product of Brainwave Designs Ltd. These terms cover trials, billing and fair use of AI features.
New customers get a 60-day free trial with no card required. During the trial you can use up to 50 AI invoice scans per calendar month. Platform AI token spend during the trial is capped at about $30 per month.
When the trial ends you choose a paid plan in Spendvora. Monthly billing creates a Stripe subscription that renews each month. Yearly billing is a one-off Stripe payment for twelve months of access. Until you pay, access is limited to the billing pages so you can subscribe.
AI invoice scanning on our shared platform OpenAI key is subject to a monthly cost cap. For paid plans that cap is roughly 75% of the plan's monthly fee (for example, a £249/month plan is capped near $187 of platform-key token cost per month). Exact caps are set per package and may be adjusted.
If you hit the cap, new AI scans on the platform key are blocked until the next calendar month. You can keep scanning by adding your own OpenAI API key in Settings; that usage is billed by OpenAI to you and does not count against the platform cap.
You are responsible for keeping login details safe and for the accuracy of data you upload. Each customer’s data is kept separate in our multi-tenant system. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass fair-use caps, or fail to pay after the trial.
