Connect once, then send draft bills and purchase orders into Xero. Import suppliers, expense accounts, tax rates and tracking categories so Spendvora stays aligned with the ledger your accountant already trusts.

A typical day in Spendvora, end to end.

  1. Upload Someone drops a batch of supplier PDFs or phone photos into Scans.
  2. Extract The queue reads each file, creates a draft invoice, and emails when the batch is done.
  3. Review A buyer checks supplier, lines and budget codes against the original document.
  4. Approve Managers clear the spend against your rules. Big amounts can need a second step.
  5. Order or pay Raise or match a purchase order, receive goods, record payment, or push a draft to Xero.
  6. Watch the budget Dashboards and reports show committed and spent totals so overspend never surprises you.
